WHO WE ARE

Our leadership pioneer the foundation of the church to equip and train our members with vital discipleship and mobilization of the gospel through the Word of Jesus Christ.

Rand Cho, EM Lead Pastor

Pastor Rand Cho came to Nasung Church in July 2011. He is the official Pastor of English Ministries and Education Departments. As the leader of Inverse staff, he carries out the preaching and teaching ministry and provides counsel and training for members. His vision for Inverse is to see Inverse eventually become a full-fledged adult ministry with complete adult ownership and responsibility, not functioning under another adult department. This is something he expects to happen over the process of years, not months, but is where Inverse is headed. He is married to Christine Cho and they have a 4-year old son, Elias, and an unborn child on the way, Jordan.

Jason Ko

Jason Ko was basically the first baby "born into" Nasung Church. Apart from a 9 month sabbatical in 2012, he has been here his whole life! Jason is the Overseer of the Discipleship Group Ministry which he leads a group of his own and also co-leads the Men's Group Ministry. He is a valuable teacher/preacher to Inverse whenever there is a need in the EM and especially in Rand's absence, he oversees Inverse activities. He is also responsible for all the visual communication and design for Inverse. Jason currently works as an art director/senior designer at Harvest Christian Fellowship and is engaged to Hannah Ghim. Jason loves that Inverse is a place where people encounter Jesus Christ and become captivated by him for life. He desires that Inverse would cultivate our love for Jesus so that it changes how we love and what we love. He also hopes that Inverse would be a place that embraces the fullness of what it means to be Christian and impact people and the circles we reside in.

Frances Park

After witnessing church drama and a split, Frances prayerfully decided to leave the church she was born into. A good friend invited her to check out Nasung in July 2011 because the church had just hired a new EM pastor (Rand). She decided to say and commit after seeing that the community loved God and loved each other. Frances plays leadership role in three different ministries, the Women's Ministry, Discipleship Group, and Missions Committee. She is currently working at an after school, but is searching for a job in social services, preferably working with youth in foster care, at-risk youth, or persons with disabilities.

Rachel Yoosun Lee

Rachel came to Nasung in the summer of 2011 in search for a church that stood on and taught biblical truths as well as a community that held her accountable and challenged her to die to herself. She contributes to Inverse Ministries as the secretary, Korean Ministry liason, Discipleship Group Leader, and administrator for Second Nature. She works at her parents' preschool foundation in Murrieta.

Hannah Ghim

Hannah first came to Nasung in the summer of 2012 when she was looking for a community that was rooted in the Word. She is now a mentor, a Discipleship Group leader, a support staff for Duets Ministry, a moderator for the Women's Ministry, and a contributor to the Photography Ministry. Her full-time job is a Service Coordinator for a non-profit organization called Project Access as well as part-time wedding photographer. Hannah is currently engaged to be married to Jason Ko! Her hope for Inverse is that the community will continue to be characterized as one that acknowledges their own sinfulness, learns about what family is, and accepts and extends forgiveness towards each other.
